Mastercard has advised that their teams continue to investigate and remediate the issue impacting multiple services; some services are beginning to recover, though efforts remain ongoing to fully restore all impacted services. We are seeing our Mastercard Send rail services stabilize, with response times back to normal, error rates reduced, and internal alerts cleared. As Mastercard's remediation continues, intermittent impact remains possible. We continue to monitor.

Mastercard has identified the cause as an event at a third-party provider. Core Mastercard transaction processing remains operational; impact is limited to a subset of value-added services, including the Send APIs used by Push to Pay. Mastercard's teams are actively working the issue. Alternate rails remain unaffected. Next update to follow.

The elevated latency on our Push to Pay Web API has been traced to an upstream Mastercard Send service disruption impacting P2P, Funding, and Disbursement API calls (impact start 13:27 UTC). Mastercard is actively investigating. Transactions on alternate rails are unaffected. Next update to follow.
